Love is a Nail, holding a perfect hand to a cross for my sins.
L.I.A.N exists to teach who Jesus was via our actions, and faithful preaching of the word. Many people will never touch a Bible until they are taught the love that God had for them, and L.I.A.N exists to show students the love that was displayed on the cross, and to disciple students to be more Christlike through Bible studies, prayer, and fellowship.
What do we do?
Large Events
We put on monthly large events to help promote students invitations to friends, as well as inter-church fellowship of youth. Each of these events will have a different theme, a different venue, and a different time table, however there are 3 main elements that can be expected at EVERY L.I.A.N Large Event.
- Safe Fun
- Each event will include leaders who encourage safe fun. We do not want to be spoil sports, but do not want people to meet Jesus in the wrong way at our events.
- Faithful Preaching
- Each event will have a speaker who preaches for 10-15 minutes about what the Gospel really is, and what our response then ought to be. After this, students will be given the opportunity to pray, or ask further questions that they have with one of our trained staff members.
- Church Fellowship
- Every single church body is welcome to come, and attend. There is never any pressure from any L.I.A.N staffer to attend any one church, however there will be a list of churches provided to anyone who asks. Our philosophy is the best church is the one where you will attend, and grow.

Hooligans Groups
Hooligans Groups began as one small group, which has grown into multiple groups for multiple age groups. Some of the Hooligans Groups meet at students’ houses, some meet at a church building, some at a coffee shop. However a Hooligan Group is a group of students who meet on a weekly basis, and ask each other on a weekly basis 1) How are you feeding your flesh? 2) How are you feeding your spirit? 3) How are you feeding others?
